Neighbours have always organised themselves. What they never had was a place of their own.

A new property manager means starting over
Today your community's memory lives on someone else's computer. When they leave, it leaves with them.
- The incident history stays in the outgoing property manager's software.
- Minutes and contracts end up scattered across emails, folders and WhatsApp groups.
- The new property manager starts from scratch and the community pays for the handover.

Everything that's now scattered between the property manager, the lift and the WhatsApp group.
Incidents
Residents report problems in the common areas with photos, comments and status. The president sends them to the property manager, who answers by email.
AI summaries
When an incident piles up comments, any resident can generate an AI summary of what's been said, done and still pending. The president sends it to the property manager along with the conversation.

Documents

What people usually ask us
Who owns the data?
The community of owners. It's the community that signs up for Vecinar, not the property manager. The property manager is just another user with management permissions that can be withdrawn.
What happens if we change property manager?
Nothing. You remove the outgoing property manager's access and invite the new one. Incidents, bookings, documents, announcements and the unit register stay exactly where they were.
Does it replace the property manager?
No, quite the opposite: it saves them work. They can keep managing the building from Vecinar; the data simply doesn't belong to them.
Does the property manager have to use the app?
No need. They get every incident by email and can answer by replying to the email, without opening the app. Even so, they have access at any time for anything else: documents, announcements, bookings or residents.
How much does it cost?
You pay per registered unit, with an annual subscription: Basic plan at €0.15 per unit per month + VAT (1 GB of storage per unit) or Plus at €0.20 (2 GB per unit). Both plans include AI incident summaries. The first 30 days are free.
Can we take our data with us?
Yes. Any of the community's admins can download all the data in one click —residents, units, incidents, bookings, announcements, surveys— plus every file. Even if the subscription lapses: data is never deleted for non-payment.
Do I need to install anything?
Nothing you have to. It works in the browser on your phone or computer, and you sign in with a code sent to your email. If you like, you can add it as an app on your iPhone or Android.
Keep your history at home
